Shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item description was incorrect, or the item was found to be defective.

Returns

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked return policy. Items must be returned in the exact same condition as received. Any damage, such as fingerprints, scuffs, scratches, or dings to the item or its original packaging, will result in the return being denied unless the item is not as described or is defective. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned items due to the highly volatile gold and silver markets that determine their price.
