As of 1/1/23 During the packaging process for shipping. There will be a recorded video of each item we ship and the condition of that item when we shipped it. Shipping & Returns

No International shipping unless previously pre-approved. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Unless the item description was incorrect, or the item is found to be defective.

Returns

No Worries! We have a 14 day, no questions asked return policy. Item(s) MUST be returned in the exact same condition as it was received. Any damage e.g., fingerprints, scuffs, scratches, or dings to the item, or damage to the original packaging if applicable, will result in the return being denied. Unless the item is not as described, or it is defective. Item(s) returned will have a 15% restocking fee. This is due to the items we sell and the highly volatile gold & silver markets that determine the price.
